TIMIK Group AB is now looking for a Customer Support Team Leader who wants to work closely with the daily customer support operations and contribute with structure, collaboration, and support between our Nordic teams in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark. The role is practical and operational where you help maintain order in workflows and support the Nordic support team in their daily tasks while also keeping an eye on the business and identifying opportunities to create added value for customers.

About the role

As a Customer Support Team Leader, you are a vital part of customer support in the Nordics, ensuring that orders, invoicing, and customer inquiries are handled smoothly. You collaborate with colleagues in Sales, Supply Chain, and Service to contribute to a well-functioning Order-to-Cash flow (O2C) across all Nordic markets. The role also involves contact with customers and colleagues in several countries, which requires good language skills and an understanding of different markets.

The role is practical and close to daily operations. You assist with inquiries, support the team, and ensure everything runs smoothly. In your role as team leader, you focus heavily on daily tasks, but we also hope you will contribute ideas and help develop the role and working methods forward. Your ability to see the big picture and act commercially makes a difference for both customers and the team.

Examples of tasks

  • Manage and follow up on orders and deliveries

  • Ensure customers receive assistance via email and phone

  • Work proactively to identify customer needs and improve the customer experience

  • Support the team in daily operations, share knowledge, and participate in onboarding and internal training of new staff

  • Assist with administration, e.g., invoices, complaints, and returns

  • Contribute to improvements in working methods and routines

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has a post-secondary education in business administration, service, logistics, or equivalent experience.

  • Has several years of experience in customer support or administrative work.

  • Has experience with ERP, CRM, and BI systems (e.g., Visma, Power BI, SuperOffice, or similar)

  • Experience in medtech, healthcare, or distribution is a plus

  • Languages - Excellent knowledge of Swedish and Finnish - Fluent English in speaking and writing

To thrive in this role, we believe you are a structured, solution-oriented, and humble person with strong communication skills and an ease in building trust. You are collaborative, have the ability to influence, and act with high integrity and professionalism. We also appreciate that you are comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously and can quickly adjust focus when circumstances change.

Timik offers
  • A key role in a growing Nordic company

  • The opportunity to influence and develop both working methods and the organization

  • Close collaboration with engaged colleagues in the Nordics

  • A corporate culture characterized by our values: Ambitious – Committed – Trustworthy – Best Together
